Out of hours emergency veterinary care is provided by Veteris. In the event of a medical emergency outside of our opening hours please call our number and you will be redirected to Veteris.

To help you enjoy affordable vet care, our clinic admin is assisted by dedicated online volunteers. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

In order to register or for your cat to remain a patient, we will ask that you are happy to keep to the minimum vet care standards set by Catcuddles, the charity that set up Catcuddles Vets, for all your cats.

In particular, all cats must be (or are booked to be) neutered, microchipped, then vaccinated, parasite treated and health checked annually. We unfortunately do not accept one-off patients (except for emergency treatments) due to working at staff capacity on long term feline patients at present.

Please note that Catcuddles Vets is not an emergency 24/7 hospital, so if you need emergency vet care out of our normal opening hours, please call our number and you will be redirected to our out of hours provider, Veteris. Veteris are our dedicated out-of-hours service, who can provide advice over the phone and specialise in emergency home visits. If they believe your pet requires hospitalisation, they have an ambulance service which will take your pet to their purpose-built hospital in Shoreditch.

Before you submit your enquiry, please ensure you have read the Catcuddles Vets information page and our terms and conditions.
